Provincial Nominee Program (PNP)
The PNP has been a long-standing component of Canadian immigration policy. These initiatives not only assist people in finding regular work across the country, but they also help to replenish the talent pool in places where talent is scarce.
Assume there is a scarcity of nurses in a county. If you run as a nurse for citizenship in that state, your application will be reviewed and forwarded to the federal level. You will be sent a PR once your application has been accepted. States can only make recommendations and then submit them to the Federal Register. This is a critical step, and meeting the requirements can expedite the entire application process.
If you have an active profile in the Canadian Express Entry pool, enrolling in the Express Entry Aligned PNP will increase your CRS score by 600 points. This almost likely ensures that you will obtain an invitation to the next phase of your application.
Don’t worry if you don’t have an Express Entry profile or are ineligible for one. You may apply for a Non-Express Entry Aligned PNP at any time. What’s going on here is that each province in Canada has roughly 80 active PNP streams at any given moment, and some typical streams include:
- Jobs PNPS
- Study a job or study a PNP
- Occupation required
- Entrepreneurial PNP
You can select one based on your talents and have the opportunity to win a PR invitation. Please contact the Star Immigration staff at any time.
